Storm Damage Remediation in Mandarin

When this Mandarin home needed assistance during a flood, SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach did not hesitate to respond. While Mandarin is right outside of St. Johns County and SERVPRO’s St. Augustine location typically does not get dispatched outside of the county we did not mind coming out to this water loss.

Water damage was massive, it was determined to be a category 3 flood and as you can tell from the before photo “flood drywall cuts” were made. The after photo shows the same area dried out and rebuilt back. Colors selected would not be our preference, albeit we were happy to find the right color for our customers.
