While visiting our partners at Providence Homes, the 6 Foot tall Easter Bunny took a joy ride in our mini cooper! The chocolate Easter bunny is the mascot for Providence Home Builder because they build high quality energy efficient homes. The attics in their homes are 7 degrees cooler on average, capable of storing chocolate without melting!

This historic building had 3 layers of subfloor, all of which were heavily saturated with water damage. The building had become the victim of extensive mold damage, and the subfloors had to be completely removed.

You should have a drain line, usually to within about 6 inches of the floor, or plumbed outside. This is to prevent you from being scalded if the valve should open while you’re standing next to it.
